DESCRIPTION
  • MoJoToGo™ is a Universal Refractometer application that will convert native refractive index and temperature measurements into information relevant for many beverage industry applications.
  • MoJoToGo™will return application specific scales for Dry Substance (% Total Dissolved Solids, Mass Fraction g/100g, ˚Brix), Total Weight, Density, and Specific Gravity for many beverage solutions.
  • Now for the first time a single refractometer can be used accurately for Sugars (Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose, Invert Sugars), Corn Syrups (HFCS42 and HFCS 55), Brewed Coffee, Espresso, Concentrates, Water and other liquids and beverages.
ANALYIS ON THE GO
  • Designed for portable or laboratory use, MoJoToGo™ consists of a powerful set of Coffee and Espresso analysis tools for computer-free determinations of strength and extraction. Dialing-in brew recipes no longer requires having separate refractometers, and a Notebook or PC on site. Now, just use a single refractometer and iPhone for all applications.
  • For Sugar Solutions and Corn Syrup applications, conversion tools to industry accepted standards are included for Sucrose, Glucose, Fructose and Invert Sugar solutions, as well as High Fructose Corn Syrups. Use with any hand-held refractometer in the field for full portability.
COMMUNICATE
  • Measurements and Calculations can be saved as custom recipes, which include TDS, Extraction Yield, Dose weight, Brew Water or Beverage Weight, Brew Time or Shot Time, Brew Method, Pressure, Temperature, Pre-Infusion, Grinder/Setting, Roaster, Roast Style, Farm/Farmer, Barista Name/Notes and much more.
  • Measurements can be eMailed directly via CONTACTs and shared with customers, clients and colleagues for quick, detailed communication of all parameters to replicate that perfect cup or shot.
  • Measurements use GeoTags and may be linked to MAPs to provide driving or walking directions to friends sharing measurements on any iPod® Touch or iPhone®.
PURCHASE NEW MODES FROM THE IN-APP STORE
Water mode is used to check the accuracy and calibration of your refractometer using Pure (Distilled) Water.

Espresso mode computes recipes (dose and beverage weights), % TDS and % Extraction Yields from refractive index and temp or from % TDS directly.

Coffee mode computes recipes (dose and beverage weights), % TDS and % Extraction Yields from refractive index and temp or from % TDS directly.

Sugar mode is designed for Sugar solutions, including SUCROSE, GLUCOSE, FRUCTOSE and INVERT SUGARS, and computes Specific Gravity, Mass Fraction (Dry Substance), Total Weight and Density from Refractive Index and Temperature.

Corn mode is designed for Corn Syrups, including HFCS42, HFCS55 and computes Specific Gravity, Mass Fraction (Dry Substance), Total Weight and Density from Refractive Index and Temperature.
