  • MoJoToGo™ conveniently operates in metric, English (U.S. Custom) or mixed units, and will even convert values of weights and volume on the fly with a double-tap.
  • MoJoToGo™ is compatible with all forms of coffee brewing. Professionals and home enthusiasts can now set up virtually any equipment or process, including: Commercial Drip, French Press, Vacuum Pot (VacPot), Pour Over including Hario v60, ABID Clever Dripper, Melitta®, Home Drip, Chemex®, Clover®, and even single-cup brew processes such as Nespresso® and Keurig K-Cup®.
  • Works with any coffee refractometer displaying % TDS to 0.01%. Accuracy required: +/- 0.0001 nD or better; 0.1 Deg C or better (+/- 0.00005 nD preferred).

Extraction Range & Refractometer Type
Select MIN / MAX range for Extraction Yield ALERTs Choose Refractometer Type: Native Refractive Index/TEMP or % TDS.
Over-Extracted Measurement
Extraction Yield Display ALERT Red if measured Extraction Yield is Higher than limit (i.e., Bitter Taste Defects).
Under-Extracted Measurement
Extraction Yield Display ALERT Yellow if measured Extraction Yield is Lower than limit (i.e., Under-Developed Taste Defects).
Save/Load a Recipe
Recall any saved recipe to Load and use, or tap arrow to view/edit details. Sort by Name or Date.
Recipe Details
Display/Edit eMail details, including: Shot Time, Pressure BARs, Roaster, Grinder, Grind Setting, Location, Notes, Farm/Farmer.
Email a Recipe
Share measurements with friends instantly via email.
Import a Recipe
Use contacts to eMail (export) abbreviated or detailed recipes and measurements.
Import received recipes/measurements to your database, optionally LOAD them.
Localization
MoJoToGo™ uses location services to Geotag measurements, and can include them in exported or eMailed recipes. Recipients may later open in MAPs for walking or driving directions.
